All transactions are made in Malaysia Ringgit (MYR) via Online Banking, eWallet Payment & Offline Banking.

After making the payment, please attach the bank-in receipt with your Order ID in the reference column. Your order will be processed within 3 working days upon payment verification.

Ensure the correct amount is banked in, as insufficient payment will result in order suspension. To resolve this, bank in the remaining amount and include it with the first payment receipt.

How do I place an order?

After placing your order, a confirmation email will be sent to your registered email. You may also check your order status under "My Orders" on our website.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Unfortunately, orders cannot be modified or cancelled once they are placed.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Currently, we do not offer COD. All orders must be paid online before processing.
